Made up a cardboard template of the floor.

Masking tape put in to correct cut-out mistakes.

This is what I'm using for my flooring. That is .040 2024 spar channel that I had tried to bend up myself and wasn't satisfied with.

Probably a lot more work than using 1/4" plywood but I was glad to make use of the scrap wing spar. Used the Pittney Bowes punch to make the joining holes.

Drilled holes at all the cut-out points.

Installed floor.

Enclosed the area between the firewall and rudder pedals with a nother piece of .040 2024. A couple of extra mounting tabs along the front of the flooring.

The panels for each side of the seat.

Checking fit with and clearance of heal brake linkage and floor.

Closed in the hole for the front control stick using a piece of .025 2024.

Another view of the filler piece between firewall and front rudder pedals.

Another view of underside of flooring. Note additional mointing tabs required to mount the aluminum floor.
