Making up the hinge bushings.
Drilled a hole the OD of the bushing stock in a block of wood to hold the bushing stock vertical while drilling it to size in the drill press.
Held the bushing with vice grips to keep it from spinning, and drilled it out to 1/4" with the drill press.
Layed out the shape of the rudder on the table to position the parts for welding.
