Using a 1/2" bolt. Bronze bushing as a guide. 3-1/2" phenolic pulley. .063 4130 used to make bracket.

Pulley bracket held in place with 4 bolts.

Underside view of .063" 4130 plate welded between longerons to hold pulley bracket. The standard per plans set-up for holding the stab is also welded in, just in case.

Phenolic block drilled as the cable guide. Used a string to figure out the routing of the 1/16" cable.

Small cable guide on one of the uprights. Routed cable between the outside of the fuse and the fuse fabric.

Used this pulley set-up to route cable from the inside of the fuse to the outside.

Pulley mounts made from 5/8" .035" square tubing ripped in half.

In this photo you can see how the pulley pivots to tighten the cable.

Put a 8-32 blind nut in phenolic cable guides to attach to fuse. The other circles are the pulley mount holes.
