Hinge with 1/16" offset.

Started fooling around with the aileron tip rib counter balance. Putting it off until I make-up the glass wing tips.

Inboard aileron rib with bolt welded in for aileron control horn. Aligned the bolt placement for the one aileron with the wing on the plane. Did this one by aligning the center line of the hinge pin with the center of the aileron control tube that mounts on the aft spar. Used the hinge pin as the guide.

I'd dimpled the .035" 4130 inboard rib to take flush rivets. Don't use your hand rivet gun dimpler tools on the 4130 it will rough them up. I made my male dimpler from a CCC rivet with the arbor cut off and the air hammer rivet gun.
