Making a flat worksurface. Used thread stretched across top of frame as a guide.
Used 1/8 thick square to hold thread off top of frame and checked gap across top of frame.
49"x97"x3/4" melamine particle board ripped into 2 - 24" wide sheets make-up bench top. Shipping tube under bench holding some of the shorter tubing. A pile of 24' long tubes laying across garage floor will be put in a ceiling rack. A 40# box of sheet 4130 sits out of the way under bench.
