Checked to make sure prop to hub holes aligned. Looks good.

Holes countersunk for bushings at the correct depth.

Printed out an indexing table in CAD and taped it to a sheet of 1/8" thick aluminum to properly space the mounting holes and prop cut-outs. Made the prop template out of stencil board

Put some electrical tape on the prop to protect it from getting knicked by the sharp edges.

Made up this piece of aluminum to set the 3/32" flush rivets that hold the anchor nuts.

Anchor nuts on backing plate.

Used a hammer and bolt to set the 3/32" rivets.

Marking the position for the front bulkhead bolts.
