Once I got the plans I proceeded to make CAD drawings of them in 3D. Color coded the different sizes of tubing. Used TurboCad 6.0.

Once the 3D drawings were made I could make the templates for the tubing fishmouths.(a lot of work) There should be a program to make a curved surface such as a tube flat but I don't have it. I had to plot all the points manually.

Here is an example of the printout of templates which were cut-out and taped to the ends of the tubing as guides for grinding away the fishmouths.

Here is a closer veiw of one of the templates for a fishmouth. The part number, the length of the tubing, the gap between the templates, and the orientation of the tubing are printed on the template.
