Leveled plane for weight and balance.

Tail has to come up a couple feet. Top longeron needs to be level.

Needs to be level laterally also. This probably isn't as critical since we are trying to figure out the balance point on the longitudinal axis

Scale under right wheel. Have to jack up the plane to set it on.

Using Fred Kiep's spreadsheet I made my weight and balance sheet. This one is with 8# fixed ballast mounted in the tail.

Without any ballast the CG is a little less than 9" with full fuel, no passenger and no baggage.
